the Citizens Alternative Precedents

'The Breeding Grounds - case'* was before a County Court. Everything From Within the Court Itself was attempted in order to deny to a citizen his rights in law. Read the full case and use it as an example to learn how to avoid the traps the dishonest and the abusers of public office 'use' the facilities at their disposal in order to deny you YOUR RIGHTS systematically and habitually. Public servants are there to serve you, yet they serve other ulterior motives by imposing their own preferences and or undeclared state policies through the much revered independence of the Judiciary* to ACT outside the law they are meant to 'teach us by example' to uphold and to obey.   Recognise how to challenge abuses of the 'independence of the judiciary'.  The next time you get a letter from the Lord Chancellor's Department referring to that excuse and Justification point out that the said independence implies that the judiciary should uphold the law without interference from any other and NOT INDEPENDENCE TO IGNORE THE LAW as in the threatened copyright infringement case in 'The Downing Street Years'*-case   when the Court of Appeal determined that copyright Law exists for the ordinary citizen to be penalised and those who can afford to violate the law should be allowed so to do IN ORDER that there should be another court case for the legal boffins to benefit from AS DIRECTED by the Court of Appeal in its determination.  Our Judiciary are there simply to generate appeal after appeal and case after case thereby providing endless cases for our courts and for the circles from within which they rise to Judicial office. And there exist no provisions for anyone, let alone the citizens as in the United States, to challenge their appointments.

The cases quoted above DO ESTABLISH beyond any reasonable doubt that the intentions of all from within the courts was and as always has been, TO GENERATE INCOME for the  circles from whence our judiciary rise to judicial chair occupants.  The LATEST court ruling from the House of Lords in the farcical Pinochet hearings further establishes that THE PRACTICES within our courts are as we became aware of over a quarter of a century ago.  The House of Lords evidently determined that the bulk of the legal costs FOR the Pinochet legal camp MUST be met out of Public funds.  The reason behind the ruling "The right of Mr. Pinochet to be heard by impartial judges(!) WAS violated". And quite rightly so, since one of their Lordships DID NOT DISCLOSE his connections with Amnesty International, the rule was breached and Mr. Pinochet's   right to be heard by impartial judges WAS VIOLATED.  YOUR Lordship (we address the Lord Chancellor) our judges never declare that their PRIORITIES (never mind interests) ARE to generate income for the circles from whence they arose to judicial chair occupants';   we have documented evidence at hand.  You will presently receive appropriate challenges arising out of recent court proceedings FULLY SUPPORTING OUR STANCE on the subject matter; the priorities of our allegedly independent of other influences and interests judges.
