OPEN INVITATION TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SIR, The undersigned hereby draw your attention to:- The Criminal Justice Act 1988 YOU are no doubt aware of the following provisions of the Act:-
IT IS IMMATERIAL IF THE PAIN OR SUFFERING IS PHYSICAL OR MENTAL and whether it IS CAUSED by an act OR AN OMISSION (such as in contempt of the laws of Parliament) Section 135 Proceedings for an offence under Section 134 shall not be begun ...... except by or with the consent of the Attorney General.... |

WE, the undersigned, the JURY AT LARGE, therefore DEMAND the prosecution of ANY persons who breached and violated the above Act in the purported execution of their PUBLIC DUTIES.

Note please that copy of the above challenge and the appropriate forms for collection of signatures by ANY like minded and public spirited citizens or organisations WORLD WIDE were available for downloading and have now been withdrawn; all completed forms were for submission to the LAWRENCE FAMILY by the citizens who would thus indicate our and their solidarity and shared concerns in their hours of despair, pain and agony. Also in recognition of their frustrations at bureaucracy's doors attached to perpetuation of breaches of public duty ALWAYS instigated by some junior/juniors who then relies/rely on others from above to promote the wrongs thus started.... the chain.... goes on, until challenged. AND WE DO.... the citizens from within and the world at large want to know...... WHY ?

Our written submissions to part 2 of the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry with pleasure we forwarded to the LAG. We point out to our visitors that the document is none other than 'The Breeding Grounds - case'* which is published on our web-site. Download and read it; use it as a Citizens Alternative Precedent case in similar circumstances. If you need copy of the Appeal lodged at the county court on 12 May 1992 email:- records@human-rights.freeservers.com and include 'request copy' in the subject line.
We trust that in our small way we have contributed towards the creation of better policing practices through which all citizens can feel secure and respected as of equal standing and rights under the law. As the law provides and NOT AS APPLIED by individuals who are either IGNORANT of the law or indifferent to the rights of the citizens they are meant to protect. The last issue, however, in itself implies that public servants are inadequately trained or in the alternative IMPROPERLY SUPERVISED, after they are let loose on society and act 'as they see fit in their own ways'. NOT as Parliament enacted and directs? NOT as ALL citizens should act without exemption?
The LAW we refer to above is clear:- "BY an act or AN OMISSION"*. The citizens in the United Kingdom have been suffering from far too many omissions from within our Law Enforcement Agencies, for far too LONG.
