4. C.A.P's the House of Lords ruling that the legal costs for the farcical Pinochet hearings should be met out of public funds. 5. LATEST from victims Mr Scarth made the headlines in his local paper, the Yorkshire Evening Post after his latest attempt at the Court of Appeal to secure UNBIASED and UNBLEMISHED Justice. 6. POLICE We have been waiting for over THREE months for the police to act in respect of Housing Benefit scams* and the constructive FRAUDS many indulged in. The latest developments, the announcement that Housing Benefit will be replaced with a Tax Credit we noted with great relief. We shall be publishing the background and OUR work towards THIS EVENT and the news release on 8th April 1998 covering an estimated Ł880 million anually lost(?) through local authority staff complacency(?). We HAVE commented directly to the parties we have been communicating our OBJECTIONS for almost fouryears because we were not dealing with complacency but blatant abuse of oublic office. The handlers of Social Security funds within one council we have named* (other councils in similar practices). The deceptions and the conversions through breaches of 'The LAW' were and ARE / should have been and REMAIN clear to those who are meant to serve and apply their purported knowledge of 'The LAW' without lapses of memory and or convenient errors / mistakes to apply themselves to the facts presented to them. Who, incidentally were advocating Tax Credits for years now?

7. Lord Chancellor We are presently submitting to his Lordship our endorsement of the Tax Credit, our pleasure at the fact that cowboy lawyers will no longer benefit dishonestly through use of the refugees they attach themselves to and or through ABUSE of the Legal Aid facilities WITH ASSISTANCE and endorsement by others from within the corrupt legal SYSTEM. Fraud in the legal SYSTEM..., the last word evinced and accepted the facts of life FROM WITHIN THE COURTS themselves. Time for action as we are demanding of the Lord Chancellor in respect of the court cases we are referring to his honour presently. No more assertions and reliance on the much abused and revered independence of judicial chair occupants to ignore 'The LAW' because of their other ulterior motives and or UNDECLARED personal interests. 10. Home Office The latest developments in the Housing benefit scams, as of December 1998, and the news that Housing Benefit funds and facilities will no longer be the vehicle through which the corrupt and the corrupted can defraud the average citizen were and ARE MOST WELCOME. There are pending cases of deception, dishonest handling of Social Security funds (Housing Benefit) through constructive frauds and FORGERIES used. Forgeries used and relied upon by criminals that have to be dealt with by the POLICE and the Courts, unless the police and the Home Secretary can come up with some justifiable excuse and or reason why the CRIMINALS have as yet to be prosecuted by the police. In the meantime we are being informed that members of the police with intent set themselves up as public servants who can OBSTRUCT the rights of the victims of the scams and frauds. Sir Paul Condon and the Rt. Hon. Jack Straw, our Home Secretary who kept his promise to the Lawrence family will be called to justify the vile activities of the police officers we shall name to them. In the meantime BOTH are challenged to access the Summons we publish on our web-site and both must apply their knowledge of 'The LAW' to the pleaded facts and JUSTIFY the multitude of defaults and the activities of police officers AT ALL MATERIAL TIMES without loosing sight of the fact that cruelty and greed kead to a loss of life. They must JUSTIFY the soicety their subordinates ARE creating through misconduct in public office resting founded and thriving on corrupt practices, not mere misfeasance as in the R-v-Dytham case. 14. Local Authorities The latest developments (direct Tax Credit without intermediaries) in respect of the Housing Benefit were welcome by us. We have been pointing out to the authorities the fraudulent abuses and the methods of operations the dishonest and the GREEDY were/have been using for far too long. We were pointing to the scams and the frauds to our otherwise pre-occupied and or engaged MEDIA editors and barons. For far too long they have been interested in far away lands and the dirt in the back gardens of such lands. OUR salons were and have been of no interest to all for far too long. The average citizen pays taxes in order to maintain public servants in office and a Parliament to enact law for the protection of OUR SOCIETY. The average citizen has the right to expect and demand that ACTION in accordance with national and international 'LAW' be seen to be applied at home FIRST AND FOREMOST. The average citizens are no morons and no longer illiterate serfs of bygone eras.

We await for the police to ACT AS 'The LAW' PROVIDES; also for Sir Paul Condon to respond to submissions we are now preparing because the local police in one area in London have been drugging their feet for far too long; they went as far as to scorn the victims of crime AND to obstruct the rights OF VICTIMS IN LAW THROUGH FALSE submissions to another government department; their statements amounting to nothing but BREACHES OF THE LAW. INTENTIONAL falsehoods intended to prejudice the rights in law of the victims, covered by the Theft Acts, 'The LAW' we publish on our web-site. Treat no more the citizens as your officers have done in the long drawn out Lawrence saga, Sir Paul Condon. Read 'The Breeding Grounds -case' and justify the criminals from within the Metropolitan police force. Read the Letter from Chief Inspector L P Harris and justify why he was removed from the case as soon as he committed himself to a full investigation in the matter of falsified police records that later were amended (FORGERIES on both counts) to support other falsehoods by the offending police officer. Justify the police failure to furnish full particulars to the Crown Prosecution Service in the matter of the constructive frauds through THE Housing Benefit scams in which too many were involved and to this day none has been charged, as far as w e are aware. Justify failures to take a Section 9 Statement that could send a number of the fraudsters straight to prison, including co-operating in the scams and frauds judicial chair occupants. Justify why A CRIMINAL, in Housing Benefit fraud HAS AS YET TO BE PROSECUTED by the the corrupt/corrupted amongst the Metropolitan Police. Justify failures to prosecute the CRIMINAL who indulged in physical assaults attached to THEFT as the criminals INTENDED through deceptions and dishonest activities WITH Local Authority Staff Handling Social Security Funds. Theft and fraud that lead to VIOLENCE by the fraudster against the victims of ALL who participated in the deceptions, the dishonest handling of other peoples moneys, FRAUD-UK at its best. Justify why the failure to prosecute the CRIMINALS (plural intended) even after the local press was left with no option but to publish the facts of life in the local borough AFTER a councillor (who had ignored our demands for a meeting almost three years earlier) decided, and or was used in a pre-emptive attempt to expose the Housing benefit scams and FRAUD at the expense of the average private landlord, not just the Social Security funds. 'The Law' is 'The LAW' and IMMEDIATE action is called for. dilly dallying in order to afford criminal the chance to disappear is a poor excuse and will be exposed as such on these pages. The police must be seen to be acting as the law provides and they must cease the reckless parts they have been playing for far too long. Cease the Lawrence family syndrome games; cease tormenting through defaults and omissions by the police, the victims of crime. Cease obstructing the rights in law of the victims of crime through WILFUL and or invisible services to the criminals that the bad apples from within the Metropolitan police force offer to the criminals, as yet to be charged and or indicted. 15. Police Complaints Authority the latest in their capabilities will be challenged shortly. They are of opinion that they can advance any RECKLESS presentation from the police (the corrupters of our society) who BLATANTLY default to apply their knowledge of 'The LAW' and their deliberate failures to REFER to the facts and the evidence in any case at hand through the usual manifestations of the invisible services industry they operate in the United Kingdom unchallenged as infallible AND licensed criminals who can advance and promote any falsehood they then expect others to endorse and promote as a case dealt with properly. WE ARE STILL WAITING for an explanation and to have view of the findings in the matter we have published. The VIOLENT CRIME, the bicycle theft, the FALSE STATEMENTS, THE AMENDED DATES of an alleged follow up and an alleged investigation by the criminals who act under the command and purported supervision of Sir Paul Condon. All as if acting in accordance with 'The LAW' they all choose to shove under the carpets while electing to proceed in the fields of the usual invisible services industry. The chairman of the Police Complaints Authority is called to download 'The Breeding Grounds - case' and ' The Police Summons the Victim' and to come forward with some logical in law explanation as to the practices of all in the Metropolis. To justify above all ALL FAILURES by the PCA to ever act in ALL cases to protect the victims of the criminals within the confines of the Metropolitan Police. TO PRODUCE to us the report that the criminal who took over from Chief Inspector L P Harris presented to the Authority for publication on our Web-site (in accordance with our aims) and to cease advancing the unjustified and inexcusable rulings of the criminals who occupy judicial chairs as licensed by Parliament Godfathers for all criminals.

Interesting that we have now been made aware of the fact that in the Robert Owen case a forgery has been at the centre of his tribulations. As in other cases those retained by the state to prosecute such serious criminal activities DID AND ARE DOING NOTHING irrespective of the fact that CRIME IS NOT STATUTE BARRED. In the society they have been been let loose to create breaches of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 IS THEIR GAME AND their SADISTIC activities.
