SIX months before taking her own life that fine young lady proclaimed to our founder :- "I can't understand it uncle everyone thinks of bricks mortar and money NO ONE CARES ABOUT PEOPLE".

1. THE suicide of the wonderful young lady to whom this web site is dedicated; her well thought observations are worthy of serious consideration. It all hinges on GREED* and the megalomania of her arrogantly selfish father, always indifferent to the needs of others. HER WORDS wisely spoken:- "I can't understand it uncle every one thinks of bricks mortar and money, NO ONE CARES ABOUT PEOPLE". All about GREED; irrespective of who suffer, who pay. So long as there exist willing playmates to promote and encourage GREED, through GREED Justice itself is but a commodity and not a service provided at high cost to the revenue providers; it is and will remain but a commodity only available to the highest bidder, so long as there exist dishonest manipulators to aim for and achieve dishonest goals and so long as they are unchecked and uncontrolled.

2. Attempts to subjugate as in the Mary Winch affair (using and relying on psychiatrists), (rent and see the video 'Dancing In the Dark', a real life drama in the USA, GREED lead to imposed torment

4. Threats to and CONTRACT on life (and the police have fun at the victim in much the same manner as in the Lawrence family tribulations; institutionalised TORMENT and TORTURE in the service of criminals).

5. Police Defaults and their gross indifference to the suffering of the victims. Solicitors in the background elect to ignore The Law and play their very own parts* in SUPPRESSION of facts and evidence and attempts to misdirect matters while VIOLATING the RIGHTS of their client, at will. AND all because they ARE let loose on society to indulge and to practice so..... Adding to and promoting the pain, the agony and the misery IMPOSED on their victims. Impositions by those who get encouraged by the promoters, and the abusers who ENTERTAIN cruelty and criminals as part of the society and the civilisation they seek to impose on mankind through misconduct in public office.*

7. Police defaulting to prosecute assaults as their PUBLIC duties call; worse they then FAIL TO SERVE a private prosecution Summons, for their very own, and inexplicable(?) reasons!!!

8. Magistrates Court appearing to have failed to issue and or process a SECOND Private Prosecution Summons and with intent attempting to obstruct service by an authorised organisation (the International League for Human Rights of the UN), appointed by the victims.

9. Magistrates Court staff and officer involved in suppression of documented evidence.

10. ALSO ABUSE of office through gross misconduct of the case before him (Third Defendant who has now gone underground; relying on others not to disclose his whereabouts; attempts to evade service of THE Summons we publish on these pages). The Plaintiffs will appreciate any information that could lead to Service of the Summons on the Third Defendant named below; he was employed at Haringey/Highgate Magistrates Court; over to the Home Office.

Third Defendant. We publish below three scanned images of the Summons issued with particulars of the claims against the public servant who used his chair and office for other purposes than his public duties commanded of him. An abuser of position. MISCONDUCT IN PUBLIC OFFICE.*

We challenge the Home Office and the Lord Chancellor personally to read through the issued Summons. It is endorsed with FULL PARTICULARS of the events that ARE supported by and large with the documented evidence PLEADED.

We demand that either department comes up with any legitimate reasons and grounds why public servants (of the mentality and calibre of the Third Defendant) are allowed to act and behave as Pleaded in the issued Summons. We challenge the Home Office department responsible for the appointment and or PENSION of the Third Defendant to come forward with the address of the allegedly retired (if not moved on criminal) so that service of the Summons can be effected on the criminal.

We also challenge Sir Paul Condon to come forward with any legitimate reasons and or grounds why the corrupted / corrupt officers, under his command, ignored the plight of both victims; the Plaintiffs who had no choice but to institute civil proceedings as the corrupted/corrupt Law Enforcement Agencies almost always ARRANGE through defaults and omissions FOR MOST VICTIMS OF CRIME in the United Kingdom. The police contribution in the creation of income for the legal branch of the Mafia in the society the Mafia has been creating unhindered and abetted.

WE assert and claim that the defaults ARE BY DESIGN INDULGED INTO simply to generate income for the circles of the legal/judicial/police MAFIA that operates freely within the United Kingdom. ALL unchallenged and unchecked by their superiors; from the lowest of the low, in all government departments, and public services as in 'The Breeding Grounds - case'* PLEADED and stated. ALL relying on the conversion of the properties of citizens (time and peace of mind ARE PROPERTIES too) for use/abuse by the corrupt and the corrupted. NO PROTECTION FOR THE VICTIMS OF CRIMES. Just impositions leading to the theatres of the justice halls for pre-scripted productions and secret briefings on how to deny and obstruct justice; how to violate rights in International Law to the citizens FOR the benefit of the legal circles; for the benefit of the legal/judicial/police Mafia, as Mr. G H Scriven pleads in the documents we publish* for the benefit of the citizens of the world at large.
