we publish for the world to note WHERE our quangos are delivering society through promotion and encouragement of the practices (any individual is free to indulge at the expense of the many) exposed on our web-site. Such practices IN A MODERN Democratic state such as the United Kingdom; a society that lost its direction. Preaching and promotions yet failures to challenge activities BLATANTLY INDULGED INTO OUTSIDE THE LAW by many a person acting in an official capacity and or as public servants at the lowest level of office. The activities and defaults suit those who allegedly practice law from within the courts' ILL motivated protected confines and castles. The 'practices through default simply generate cases and income in perpetuity for the legal circles, as in "The Downing Street Years" A CLASSIC AND TYPICAL example as we refer and point to, qualifies.

We quote from "The American Century" and the future of man, 'TIME' magazine of April 13 1998. "We also must realise, as both Theodore and Franklin Roosevelt did, that capitalism can be efficient but it can be cold......The ultimate goal of democracy and freedom, after all, is not to pursue material abundance but to nurture the dignity and values of each individual....." and as to the future .... "We'll encode our dreams and vanities and hubris. We'll clone ourselves, we'll custom-design our kids ...the challenges will be not scientific but MORAL." Refer to the first part (half of) "Dancing Alone" by Frank Schaeffer as to how and why society in the USA is at a loss. Recognise WHY and WHO but what he refers to as "the self proclaimed 'knowledge class' " responsible for the mess they have been leading society in. We add that they have been doing so for far too long with impunity and contempt, behaving as LORDS and MASTERS of the masses they treat as irrelevant 'persons', YET SO useful to and for their own ego trips; essential for them, to feast upon as alleged intellectuals who believe they are better equipped than you to solve YOUR own problems.

Pride of place, first and foremost on our list, takes the man who fathered Andrew, our founder. Top of the list is the animal and sperm provider. In the climate of the late 1930's after his wife had packed her private belongings and was leaving him in order to return to her beautiful village and to her ancestral home, her parents/family, the vile and evil man declared (blackmailed her): "IF YOU DO GO I will simply tell everyone I caught you in bed with a lover and you are carrying his child, AND I THREW YOU OUT". The woman was left with no choice at the time; she was, after all, pregnant with the embryo that was to be Andrew. Andrew, however, paid the penalty thereafter as an unwanted baby; even as a grown up man he was resented by the mother who gave birth to him. In her mind it was the embryo's fault (not simply THE pregnancy AND THE THREAT from the vile sperm provider). In her mind it was the unborn Andrew that stopped her, and she could not proceed as she desperately needed to do in order to get away from a dishonest, deceiving fraudster and an abuser of 'the circumstances HE CREATED deviously and through deceptions'. Andrew found out why the resentment of his existence, as of birth, only 18 hours before the vile sperm provider passed on. Andrew was 33 years old by then; his mother, at the time, was relating to Andrew "her life with father" and she spoke of the above event that caused her to stay put; she needed to protect her honour and her family name from a vile animal of a man (MALE not huMAN).

In our list we shall publish the names of persons who as PUBLIC SERVANTS defaulted and or refuse to sign the declaration we publish* on our pages as part of our 'Challenge Public Officials Campaign'.

FEEL FREE to download and print the declaration; use the same form yourselves whenever you are faced with blatant denials of rights and or abuse of authority by anyone who purports to be acting within the law, national and international.

The days of public servants relying on the BLIND DEAF AND DUMB MEDIA ARE OVER, just as the days when ALL relied on BLIND DEAF AND DUMB officers within the law enforcement agencies are also over. This is the age of FREE exchange of information and THE unadulterated FACTS OF LIFE within all states, so long as their citizens are free to exercise AS WE DO, their basic human-rights that ARE GUARANTEED under the European Convention on Human Rights. (ECoHR)

Article 9. "EVERYONE has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion..."

Article 10. "EVERYONE has the right to FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION....to HOLD OPINIONS...TO RECEIVE AND IMPART INFORMATION AND IDEAS without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers..... (with provisions attached to ) maintaining the authority AND IMPARTIALITY of the judiciary".

Article 11. "EVERYONE has the right of freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of ASSOCIATION with others.... rights to form and join ... for the protection of HIS INTERESTS".

Article 13. "EVERYONE whose rights and freedoms as set forth in this Convention are violated SHALL have an effective remedy before a national authority notwithstanding that the violation HAS BEEN committed by persons acting in an OFFICIAL CAPACITY."

Article 13 is VERY CLEAR. WHERE IS THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY THAT LOOKS INTO THE VIOLATIONS judges in the United Kingdom endorse, entertain AND INSTIGATE of their own? The question is simple and the Lord Chancellor with the Home Secretary should co-operate and produce the formula under which the citizens CAN challenge activities that blatantly breach national law and VIOLATE Human Rights.

OUR AIMS were made clear as of 1981 (The CAMILA Project). Others have since joined in THE DEMAND to have all court hearings and proceedings recorded (VIDEO) with automatic copies (as provided by law under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984) to the parties in ALL instances. IT IS TIME to treat all humans as subject to the very same frailties without discrimination because of assumed 'faultless and impeccable character'. As our Judges often declare NONE IS ABOVE THE LAW. NONE should be exempt. There were/are prosecutions in the USA ....... that IS Democracy, 'The LAW' in action.
